Two things: (1) a full winterizer pest control service this year — our multistep treatment inside and out — and (2) an exterior seal-up of the entry points around your home, which is a $199 service on its own. Both are free when your 2027 plan is prepaid by the deadline.
You pay for your 2027 pest control season up front instead of visit by visit. Jamison gives you your exact quote personally before you pay anything — call or text (937) 818-7717 and he’ll walk you through it. The booking and the prepayment both have to be done by December 15, 2026.
This year. Once you’re booked and prepaid, Jamison schedules your winterizer service and exterior seal-up with you — the whole point is getting your home treated and sealed before winter pests move in.
That’s covered by HexGuard’s Free Re-Treatment Guarantee: if pests come back between visits, HexGuard comes back out to re-treat at no charge.
