These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the HexGuard Pest Solutions website and our pest control services. By requesting a quote or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

Services Provided

HexGuard Pest Solutions provides residential pest management services in Englewood, Ohio and surrounding areas, including general pest control, stinging insect control, rodent programs, mole and vole control, and termite services. All services are performed by technicians licensed by the Ohio Department of Agriculture. Service details, treatment plans, and pricing are confirmed with you before work begins.

Free Re-Treatment Guarantee

Every service is backed by our Free Re-Treatment Guarantee: if pests return between scheduled visits, we will return and re-treat the affected areas at no additional charge. To request re-treatment, contact us by phone or email. This guarantee covers the pests and areas included in your service plan and does not apply to new infestations caused by structural issues or conditions outside our control.

Payment and Contract Terms

Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking or upon completion of service, unless you enroll in a recurring service plan with its own billing terms. Recurring plans may be canceled with reasonable notice; any prepaid amounts are handled according to the plan terms discussed with you. If you need to reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours' notice so we can accommodate you.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HexGuard Pest Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We follow label directions and industry best practices for all treatments.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Ohio.
